No name = Not safe!

She’s 5-6 years old, around 20 kg, happy really, loving girl, happy with adult humans and kids, home ready but will need to be shown your house rules like where the loo is etc,she knows how to walk on a lead 🐕💜🐕💜 this poor girl was dumped in a FIELD by the motorway as she had a broken leg and rather than get it fixed, they (whoever they are) thought they’d dump her like rubbish instead in a very dangerous place- they didn’t care if she lived or died, but we do! Despite the fact she could hardly walk when found she struggled up to our voter lady for fusses! She really is a special lady! It makes us so angry when people have no idea how to care for them, or don’t want the expense when things g wrong- for all we know,they may have broken her leg! But it hasn’t stopped her trusting and loving humans… so they end up on a chain outside or in the street or in the public shelters. She has been with the foster over a year without a single query so we have stepped in to see if we can find her a home in the UK! We can’t say enough how sweet and lovely this girl is, always up for a cuddle (a VERY big lap dog!) and a walk or run in the fields! She does have a limp still from the break but by the time we found her the break was old and resetting it could have caused neurological damage. So she was rehabbed, the leg strengthened with good food and slowly increasing her activity, till she is the lovely girl you see now! She is MORE than ready to find her humans!  She is a pure breed German Shepherd and will be registered as such in the UK with the Kennel Club via Petlog but we have no pedigree certificate and she is spayed. People experienced with both rescue dogs and Shepherd breeds ONLY needed for this lovely girl! She could benefit from a dog being already in the home to show her the ropes for toilet training and the like but we will consider solo dog homes if walked and socialised with other dogs and humans regularly under new Animal Welfare rules.  So she is ours now, and will need a name… And I’m sure you will agree she’s absolutely stunning💜 Could we be lucky enough to get her a name this week?  🆘441 DOG MOM NO NAME YET💜 🆘 442-5 and 449 pups 🐕👨👩🐈 (Will be used to cats and tested, visiting children iF WE CAN GET THE FUNDS AND SEND THEM TO OUR FOSTER) VERY VERY PREGNANT MUM ABOUT TO POP! She was desperate to get out of the road and into the safety of the car but took a bit longer to be persuaded to come through the gate… Sadly this is the norm in Romania. At least IF we can get her some support, we’ll have all the babies and we will not have the heartbreaking and often unsuccessful search for tiny lives in the bushes. Despite this she has nothing but love and cuddles and a waggy tail to offer anybody who pays her any attention, just from a distance at the moment as her trust in humans has been dented a lot unsurprisingly, and she needs to be moved to a foster with a vet on site or close by to monitor the last stages of her pregnancy. She isn’t even trying to bite so you just know she will have trusted and let the total stain on humanity dump her 😡😡😡😡😡😡 She is the most sweet and gentle special soul, and provided we can get them her a donations pot for the vet bill and further costs like her delivery, vacs, her spay when she’s ready all the equipment she and her pups will need to be safe warm and comfy again, (the rescue shop will send a box if we get enough donations) and monthly aunties and uncles (15 £3 tickets per month each dog), she and her pups will become Lora’s Luck dogs to adopt in the UK like our other doggies! If we don’t get the funds in, we cannot continue being the rescuer for these dogs. 441 DOG MUM NO NAME YET vital statistics: Not known yet, IF we get the funds we will get updated on all this, but she’s small end of medium and so very very pretty and sweet 💜 The fact she’s on her feet and eating is good in a way as this means she’s surprisingly strong and healthy, and this improves her chances of surviving and being healthy, but some of this will be she’s not sure she’s safe yet, there’s a lot of appeasement body language going on so the sooner she can be signed off as all good by the vet and she can travel and settle at the foster’s the better! She’s about to pop so we won’t move her unless the vet agrees it’s safe.��She and the pups will be inside at the foster’s while she recovers then continue to live in a full foster set up where they have free roam and sleep indoors but also access to a lovely secure garden outside.They will be raw fed, have walks and playtimes, walk, train and socialise, and we’ll send a box of goodies out from the rescue shop to help them do this for ‘our’ dogs, IF we get all the funds we need in.
